Few days left before the Grand Jury takes place and revelals the 2012 winners. This year we are pleased to welcome coffees from Bolivia, Brazil, Italy, Honduras and even Panama without forgetting american and canadian rostaers.
Free Workshops
During 3 days, workshops will be given, a great opportunity to learn more about this elixir and the importance of water in a friendly and professional atmosphere. The workshops are given by Mr Skip Finley, member S.C.A.A, Q-Grader.

The Gold Bean, Silver Bean and Bronze Bean will reward on May 9th the best regular and certified coffees selected by our jury chaired by M. Sevan Istanboulian, member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America.

The jury is chaired by Sevan Istanboulian, member of the
Specialty Coffee Association of America. Sevan is a coffee lover who travelled all over the world the last 15 years to seek for the best coffee selections in the unique purpose of sharing them with others. Famous roaster and Barista Worldwide Championship technical member, Sevan is also part of the jury at the Barista Canadian Championship. Nevertheless, he is the first "Golden Cup" certified instructor in Quebec.
