Overview

 

A new event is taking shape for SIAL Canada 2010: The “Cuisine”. As an innovative exhibition area reserved solely for this unique project's partners and participants, The Cuisine will be a live demonstration area that showcases culinary creativity.

 During the three-day show, The Cuisine will serve as a culinary event space where well-known chefs and food industry experts will come together to showcase exhibitors' products and address timely topics related to nutrition, cooking techniques, design and innovation.

 

What is The Cuisine?

  • A space for self-expression and creativity where well-known chefs and food industry experts will pique your curiosity and awaken your taste buds!
  • An appealing and innovative educational program tailored to the needs of SIAL Canada's visitors, particularly those who work in the hotel and restaurant sector.
  • A fully-equipped kitchen that will allow exhibitors to conduct their own demonstrations.
  • A place for industry professionals to network and share ideas.

How to participate

The Kitchen will be open to all SIAL Canada attendees.
