This year, the SIAL Canada show presents its headliner event: “The Cuisine”, which will become the focus point of our 2010 edition. The Cuisine is a space created to bring forward creativity, innovation and savoir-faire and is sure to impress! The three days will embrace three different themes to appeal to all visitors. It will be presenting demonstrations dedicated to the restaurant sector, the grocery and ready-made, as well as specialty foods. Internationally renowned chefs will be performing and revealing professional techniques before your eyes while using SET’s new equipment and the exhibitors’ food products. It is a culinary sharing space and a synergy between the SET and SIAL Canada events.
